The company EXIMID Inh.: Matthias Dwidjosiswojo in Germany will be still exist otherweise it will operating in other projects besides coal and it will not be a part of EXIMID Ltd. in Irland.
EXIMID is a rightful Sales-Representative of several coal mines in Indonesia, therefore all signed contracts will not be negotiated through EXIMID but directly with the owners.
